Booking an Appointment

At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment and can be pain by cash, card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge as this time has been reserved especially for you. This is the deposit taken at booking and can be used towards another appointment booking.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

Terms of Service

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Happy Movement Osteopathy & Wellbeing . By booking and attending appointments, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, online booking system, email, or in person.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%of the appointment fee

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All fees are clearly stated at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Card or via bank transfer.

4. Health Information and Consent

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete health history at the time of assessment, before treatment begins.

  • Your osteopath will explain the nature of the treatment, potential risks, and expected outcomes. You may withdraw consent at any time.

  • In case of a change in your health, you agree to notify your practitioner before continuing treatment.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with GDPR.

  • We will not disclose your information without your consent unless legally required to do so.

6. Scope of Practice

Osteopaths at the Clinic are registered and regulated by General Osteopathic Council (GOSC). Treatment is provided in accordance with their scope of practice.

7. Complaints and Feedback

  • We value your feedback. Complaints can be directed to naomihappymovement@gmail.com.

  • If not resolved internally, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.

Respect & Behaviour

  • Happy Movement Osteopathy & Wellbeing is a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all clients and practitioners.

  • Inappropriate behaviour, including any sexually suggestive comments, aggression, or verbal abuse, will result in the immediate termination of the session and may lead to future services being declined.

  • Disrespect toward our team will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel treatment if we feel our staff’s safety or wellbeing is at risk.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Happy Movement Osteopathy & Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse treatment at its discretion.

8. Liability

  • The Clinic is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless directly caused by proven negligence.

  • You understand that results may vary based on individual health conditions and your osteopath with advise based on individual heath needs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

By booking an appointment with Happy Movement Osteopathy & Wellbeing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
